Ductile Iron Pipes:
Ductile Iron pipes in size range 80 mm to 1200 mm for class K7 & K9 are being manufactured in India & are widely used for water supply & sewerage projects ( IS:8329:2000 ). DI pipes with internal cement mortar lining & outside zinc coat with finished layer of bitumen coat having better carrying capacity with C value of 140 with good tensile strength & ductility.
Ductile Iron Double Flanged Pipes : DIDF Pipes
Ductile Iron Double Flanged Pipes ( welded / screwed ) are available in size range 80 mm to 1200 mm for welded flanged types & in size 80 mm to 400 mm for screwed flanged pipes. General Flange PN rating requirement is PN10 / PN16. Flanges number of holes changes with that type of flange PN rating.

Ductile Iron fittings with internal cement mortar lining & outside zinc coat with finish layer of bitumen, manufactured as per IS:9523:2000 in size range 80 mm to1200 mm in type Socketed / Flanged one.
